Duplex Slings are manufactured from double layers of webbing. Â All of our polyester webbing sling products conform to EN standards and are delivered complete with certificates of conformity. Duplex Webbing Slings are lightweight and are less likely to scratch or damage the load being lifted. They resist mildew and bacterial growth and have excellent elongation properties in comparison to their nylon counterparts.
We manufacture endless round slings in accordance to EN 1492-2:2000 and ASME B 30.9 from 100% polyester. The outer cover is a seamless polyester sleeve of double thickness construction and has an excellent abrasion resistance. Soft, Supple & light weight, easy to handle. The most flexible sling available conforms to the load extremely well and provides choker hold. Being endless, wears evenly as load & hook contact points can be continually rotated to extend sling life. Load bearing fibers never come in contact with the load. Seamless cover, no edge to wear out. Cover abrasion will not reduce the capacity. Adapts to all sizes, types and load configurations. Lightweight, easy to rig, store & clean. Colour coded for easy identification.

Ratchet Lashing is a Reusable, Cost effective tie-down using polyester webbing & Ratchet Buckle and has replaced ropes, chains and wires used for transportation.. The Ratchet Buckle provides the tensioning force. The tension is uniform and locking mechanism ensures that the tension is retained till it is unlocked.
This Ensures complete locking of strap in position and also provides unlocking mechanism which is safe and fast. Polyester Webbing has the least of elongation (less than 7 %) and is soft and safe to use.

Simplex webbing slings are made from high tenacity polyester webbing. Simplex slings are manufactured from single thickness webbing, either terminated in a metal end fitting or more popularly, sewn back upon themselves with a high tenacity polyester fabric to form a reinforced eye, which provides greater durability than the traditional leather eye. The webbing is stitched close to the eyes which are 9″ long bearing to bearing.
